Overview
Stephanie Klinkenberg-Ramirez works with clients of Choate’s Wealth Management Group. She counsels high net worth individuals and families in matters including estate planning and asset management strategies, such as tax efficient transfers designed to preserve family wealth.
In addition, Stephanie advises clients on making tax-efficient gifts to charity, and assists with the establishment of private family foundations. She assists private foundations in developing strategic plans and making grants that comply with IRS requirements, including preparation of complex grant agreements to achieve specific outcomes desired by foundation clients.
